  I normally like Applebee's but this particular location was something else. We arrived a bit after 11 a.m. and were some of the first few patrons of the day so you would expect the place to be fairly clean. Nope. Not here. As soon as we walked in we were hit with this disgusting smell that I can not even explain. My Mother described it as "if someone just got through doing the dirty" =0
  
  The food was pretty good but we just couldn't really enjoy it because of that smell. The carpet had crumbs and food all over it as if they had just been through a huge lunch rush, which we knew was impossible because they had just opened at 10:30 a.m.
  
  Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful with the specials and, who I believe was, the manager came by to acknowledge us. While we were looking over the menu I said "let's go somewhere else" but my party decided to stay since we were already there.
  
  I'm giving this place 2 stars, 1 for the pleasant service, and 1 for the food. Believe me when I say...We will not be visiting this location again unless there is some serious old fashioned elbow grease invested.

  Good food. Fast service. Waitstaff were a tad lax on checking table for needs, refills, etc... There was always someone we could flag down. Music around bar gets louder as the night goes on. I have in the past walked out because there was no way to talk with my family. That happened about 11:30pm. Most recent visit was at 6:30pm, while the music was still loud, we could conversations.

  We went for a friend's birthday, his choice, in a group of 5 adults and 1 child. Our waiter was very slow getting our drinks & orders.. once we ordered, service became even slower. Our food was brought out sporadically, waiting up to 10 minutes for the last plate to be brought. The kiddos food was brought out first on an adult size plate that was very hot to the touch. Upon inspecting our orders, there wasn't anything brought out the way it was ordered. We decided to eat anyway, we had already waited over 30 minutes for the food to be brought to the table.
  
  Well what a surprise we got when a friend bit into her burger and there was a hair in it. We asked to speak to a manager. Thankfully, the manager was very gracious. She was understanding and even offered to go into the kitchen and remake my friends food. The managers attitude and willingness to make our visit a good one was the only reason this review got 2 stars.
