  We waited 5 min for the greeter to show up and 10 more min to be seated at a table that had been empty since we first got there. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate and the outside of her mug was covered in hot chocolate. I got a coffee and it took the waitress at least 4 min to bring cream and another 3 min to bring me a spoon to mix my coffee. After almost an hour of being there we didn't have our food and my sugar was going down and because of this I was shaking. I asked to speak to the manager but no one could find her. I ate a granola bar I had in my car and 5 min later the manager still wasn't there. I couldn't find our waitress, we walked out because I had to eat and lay down. This was the worst service I have ever received. The restaurant was dirty, the whole time we were there something was spilled on the floor and no one cleaned it or put a wet floor sign. When we were waiting to be seated a man tried to pay for his order and the cashier walked away in the middle of his transaction, he told her not to leave, that he had waited a long time to be seated and to get his food and all he wanted was to leave. We will never return to this location.

  The only reason I'm leaving 1 stars is because negative stars are not an option. Waited for 10 minutes to be seated. Sat at the table for over 30 and then even get offered a glass of water needless to say it did not stay any longer just simply went to my car and drove off. What not even recommend this place to an enemy

  Has a Ghetto young waitress with honey blond braids. She was rude and didn't want to help. The food is always NASTY.
