  My fiance ordered a pizza for me from out of the country. Nice right? Unfortunately I wasn't home at the time of delivery. By the time I was able to pick up the order it had been credit back and trashed. I can understand that considering everything. What I don't understand is the attitude of the manager. I'm not sure which manager it was either Brendon or Kelly. I could hear him in the back talking about the order and saying he didn't care. More than once he stated " that meatzza I don't care - I don't care!" When he came out front he acted as if he was ready for a fight and he stated he had cancelled the order and credited the account back. When I explained the situation he just looked at me and said the pizza has been thrown away and the account credited that's it. The attitude of the manager was very unprofessional

  Took them over an hour to deliver my food, and it was not fresh at all. It was barely warm to the touch. Driver had no excuse for it taking so long, other than he was busy and when he went to pick it up, it had been sitting there for a while. Hard to believe they were that busy on a Wednesday night.

  I used to love this place; then I ordered a pizza for delivery. Ate it all and found a dead roach at the bottom of the box.
  
  I called and informed the manager how disgusting that is; he said he would send me a coupon in my e-mail for a free pizza but I never got it.
  
  I will never order from there again.
