  The reviews are spot on! At first I thought the reviews were a bit overkill, but after experiencing first hand the service it's no wonder. I ordered a larger cup of coffee [hot] and a plain bagel - simple right? The bagel came uncut with cream cheese (perfect), you can mess that up. The coffee was cold, not with ice or anything just cold in a coffee cup.
  I know some people would think this isn't a big deal but to me it's f**king huge! It's 7:30am I'm on my way to work and I just wanted a freaking coffee before the big meeting... That's it.. Nothing more nothing less, just a single cup of "HOT" coffee. I would suggest going somewhere different, it's apparent

  Great food and on the most part great staff, lady at the widow yesterday morning must have been having a bad day or she really needs to work on her attitude and smile. In all a great place for coffee and donuts or breakfast sandwiches no matter what time of the day it is.
