However there's an employee named Michelle who is just... ugh..
If I ever try to place a to go order I need to plan accordingly, because it will take upwards of an hour for someone to answer the phone.
I sat sit in the cafe once and called to time how long it takes for the phone to be answered. I watched Michelle sit on her phone for 30 minutes ignoring the cafe's phone.
When ever Rachel the manager is there everything gets handled. I've never had a problem with Rachel. But Michelle is just the worst. Even meeting her in person to place a to go order she acts like she doesn't want to be there.
Over all I really like the cafe. I simply get annoyed with the service.
